The First Floor rooms open out onto a screened-in porch which steps out onto the private brick patio with barbecue grill and outdoor dining furniture. There is an outdoor shower and a covered porch with Adirondack chairs. The Second Floor has two bedrooms. One large bedroom with queen size bed and one smaller bedroom with a double bed. The two bedrooms share one full bathroom, in the hallway. The Lower Level is a nicely finished bedroom suite with twin beds, a private bathroom with shower and a sitting area with sofa, cable television, VCR and stereo.
